A compilation is a collection or anthology of recipes gathered from various sources. Recipes in the compilation may be in original format, or may have been adapted or modernized in some manner by the compiler. If the recipes have been adapted we like to see the original version presented alongside for comparison. We'll tell you whether or not a compilation contains unadapted original format recipes. |
